1. Which courses do you offer?

We deliver Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and Resuscitation Australia (RA) Advanced Life Support Level 1 and Level 2 (ALS1 & ALS2) and the Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) accredited by the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).

2. Where are courses held?

Courses are conducted at various venues across Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We also offer onsite training for hospitals and healthcare organisations by arrangement.

3. How do I register?

You can register directly through our website at www.coastresusgroup.com.au. Once payment is received, you’ll receive confirmation and access to pre-course materials.

4. What is included in the course fee?

Course fees include tuition, all course materials/e-Learning and assessments. Catering availability varies by venue and will be noted on your course confirmation.

5. When will I receive pre-course materials?

After payment and registration, participants receive their manual or online e-learning access approximately four weeks before the course start date.

6. Can the course be completed entirely online?

No. All ARC and RA accredited ALS and ENA accredited TNCC courses require both pre-course theory and face-to-face practical training, including skills stations and simulation assessments.

7. How long is my certificate valid for?

Certificates issued by Coast Resuscitation Group are valid for four (4) years from the date of course completion, in line with ARC, RA and ENA requirements.

8. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Following the 24-hour cooling-off period, the following refund schedule applies:

More than 42 days prior to the course start date – Full refund less a $75 administration fee.

42 to 30 days prior to the course start date – 50% refund of course fees.

Less than 30 days prior to the course start date – No refund available.

9. Can I transfer to another course date?

Transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and the same notice periods as the refund policy.

10. When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are issued electronically within 5 business days after successful completion of all course components.

11. What if I lose my certificate?

If you misplace your certificate, email us with your full name, course date and venue. A replacement digital certificate can be issued from our records.

12. Do these courses provide CPD points?

Yes. All Coast Resuscitation Group courses are eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours as recognised by professional bodies such as RANZCOG, ANZCA, ACRRM, RACGP and RACP.

13. What if my preferred course is full?

If a course date is full, you can join our waiting list. We’ll notify you promptly if a place becomes available or suggest alternative dates.
